On Shopify: read-only access to orders, fulfillments, customers, and products. The permission screen you’re about to see lists exactly those, and nothing in your store is ever changed.
Installing and connecting are free, and there is no subscription. If you opt for us to act on your responses, a fee applies only when a dispute is won: a percentage of the money recovered where we submit the response, or $19 where we prepare it and your provider sends it. Either way it is billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. Nothing is charged today.
Uninstalling starts a 30-day grace period, then everything is permanently deleted; you can also request immediate deletion. Records of closed disputes are deleted within 90 days regardless. The privacy policy has the full schedule.
