On Shopify: read-only access to orders, fulfillments, customers, and products. The permission screen you’re about to see lists those, and nothing in your store is ever changed. If your store takes payments through Stripe, you can connect it after install through Stripe’s own authorization page: we read your disputes and charge details there, and submit dispute evidence, only when you click submit. We never see your Shopify or Stripe passwords, and we never hold your Stripe API keys.
No. Drafts are labeled, you can edit or replace them, and nothing reaches Stripe or a card issuer until you click submit on a dispute you’ve reviewed.
Installing and connecting are free, and there is no subscription. If you opt for us to act on your responses, a fee applies only when a dispute is won: a percentage of the money recovered where we submit the response, or $19 where we prepare it and your provider sends it. Either way it is billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. Nothing is charged today.
Uninstalling starts a 30-day grace period, then everything is permanently deleted; you can also request immediate deletion. Records of closed disputes are deleted within 90 days regardless. The privacy policy has the full schedule.
